One accountable partner for the AI era.

TNT Technologies is the technology department for companies that want to run on AI: one partner that owns your infrastructure, security, data, compliance, software and agents, and answers for whether AI does the work.

The person accountable is the person who builds it.

Thiago Damasceno, Founder

He built AI customer-intelligence platforms and agent pipelines for large organizations.

At TNT he leads every engagement, takes every discovery call, and runs the company on the same Microsoft stack he builds on.

What Thiago does at TNT

Thiago leads every engagement and is accountable for it. He takes the discovery calls and the Assessment conversations, signs every contract, and approves what TNT's agents draft.

What the agents do

As TNT's agents come online, they draft the routine work and a person approves it, the same way they will in your company.

How agents earn autonomy

Buying AI was the easy part. Everything around it needs an owner.

Making AI do real work takes someone who owns the data it reads, the security around it and the workflow it has to fit into. In a growing company, that job usually belongs to nobody in particular, so the licenses renew, the pilot stalls and the plan leaves with whoever knew it.

None of this is a software problem. It needs someone accountable for security, data, compliance, software and agents together. The usual options each cover part of it: fractional CTOs advise but don't build, dev shops build and hand back the keys, MSPs keep devices and the helpdesk running, and large integrators price themselves out of growing companies.

TNT exists to be that one accountable partner: the technology department you would build yourself if you could, measured on outcomes, not hours.

In healthcare, financial services, education and professional services, compliance is part of the build, not an add-on. Smaller teams can start with one fixed-fee workflow, and enterprise departments can bring us in for one agent build.

Why Microsoft?

Because identity, email, files, security and agents can be owned in one place there, so one partner can answer for all of it. We run TNT on it. You don't need to be on it yet; getting you there is part of the work.

On Google Workspace? We built the tooling for the move: from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365. Tested on test tenants; not yet run for a client.

Three things you can hold us to.

  • One owner for all of it

Security, data, compliance, software and agents answer to one partner, measured on whether AI does the work, not on hours.

    How engagements work
  • Big-company engineering, sized for yours

Built by an architect who shipped AI customer-intelligence platforms and agent pipelines for large organizations, scoped and priced for a growing company.

    Start with the Assessment
  • We run TNT on it first

TNT runs on the Microsoft stack it builds on, starting with the meeting assistant the founder uses every day. Anything not live yet says so, with a date.
