From a free Scorecard to a technology function we run for you.

Each step takes on more of the job: the Scorecard shows where you stand, the Assessment scopes the fix, Foundation builds it and Operate runs it. Wherever you start, the ladder is the same.

The Scorecard: where you stand, on two pages.

The AI-Era Readiness Scorecard is the way in. It costs nothing, needs no call, and places your company on the four stages before anyone talks about price.

  • What you give

    A short form: your company and website, where your email and files live, and the AI you've bought. Sending your own security numbers is optional.

  • What we read

    Your answers, any figures you choose to send us, and your public footprint: your website and your email security records. We never sign in to your systems.

  • What you get

    Your stage, your security baseline, the value you're not using yet, your top three opportunities and a first step.

  • When

    A person replies within one business day. Your Scorecard within 48 hours of that reply.

Each offer shows the stages it works on, and its price where it can be set up front. Foundation is priced after the Assessment, because its scope depends on what the Assessment finds.

Operate retainer

$6,000–$20,000

a month

TNT runs your technology function: monitoring, agent operations, support, compliance evidence and a quarterly roadmap, with one accountable owner.

Operate details
  1. The Assessment ends with a Stage Roadmap and a fixed price for Foundation. Its fee is credited against a program.
  2. Foundation ends with your security baseline in place and two agents in production, at Assisted and moving into Operated.
  3. Operate runs what Foundation built, and reports your stage score every month.

One stack we can answer for, wherever you start.

Why Microsoft? Because identity, email, files, security and agents can be owned in one place there, so one partner can answer for all of it. We run TNT on it. You don't need to be on it yet; getting you there is part of the work.

  • On Google Workspace?

    We move you to Microsoft 365 with tooling we built: Drive files to SharePoint with links fixed and sensitivity labels applied, Chat spaces to Teams, and Gemini chat to Copilot Chat. Then AI goes to work on it.

    Built by TNT and tested on test tenants. Not yet run for a client. We'll say that again before you sign.

  • Already on Microsoft 365?

    Part of what you need may already be in your licenses. We start with what you pay for and get it doing real work.

    What Foundation puts in place
  • On something else, or a mix?

    That's a starting point, not a filter. The Scorecard scores you as you are, and if a move to Microsoft 365 is the right next step, the Assessment scopes it and your Stage Roadmap prices it before you commit.

    What the Assessment covers

Not every company starts at step one.

Three offers sit beside the ladder, each scoped on a 30-minute call.

  • Smaller team? Start with one workflow.

    Like the meeting assistant: briefed before each Teams meeting, notes and follow-up drafted after. On Google Workspace, we scope the move on the same call.

    Meeting assistant: Live at TNT; not yet set up for a client.

  • An enterprise department?

    Agents and data platforms on Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI and Microsoft Fabric for enterprise departments, each scoped to a workflow with a measured outcome.

Your data stays in systems you own.

What we build runs in your own Microsoft 365 and Azure, set up in your name. We work there through delegated, least-privilege access and never copy your company's data into TNT's systems.

  • It stays where it is

    Your customer and operational data never move into TNT's systems; TNT's own records hold only your contacts and the project itself. For healthcare companies, nothing with patient data leaves your own systems.

  • Least-privilege access you grant

    Delegated access with the smallest role each task needs, read-only for reviews, and yours to revoke at any time.

  • Changes on your terms

    Changes to your systems run only in change windows you approve, each with a rollback step, and every action is logged.

Agents draft. People approve.

Every agent starts by drafting for a person to approve, and earns more room only on its measured record. A single reversed action drops it a level. Six things never go to an agent, whatever its record:

  • discovery calls and the Assessment conversation;
  • partner relationships;
  • contracts, and any price outside the published menu;
  • your acceptance of the work we deliver;
  • payments or refunds outside the standard invoice;
  • anything public that names a client, which also needs that client's written approval.

It places you on the four stages from the outside, and its first step tells you which offer, if any, comes next.
