FAQ
Questions, answered plainly.
What it costs, where your data stays, what never goes to an agent, and where you start if you're on Google Workspace or something else. If your question isn't here, ask us.
All questions
Cost, data, time, platforms and who does the work.
Two prices are published: the Assessment and the Operate retainer. Everything else is scoped with you, and the answers say how.
What does it cost?
The AI-Era Readiness Scorecard is free. The AI-Era Readiness Assessment is $7,500–$15,000, takes about three weeks, and its fee is credited against a program. The Operate retainer is $6,000–$20,000 a month.
A Foundation program is scoped after the Assessment, and its fixed price is in your Stage Roadmap. Quick-win workflows are a fixed fee, scoped on a 30-minute call. A move from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 bought on its own is too; as part of Foundation, it’s scoped in your Assessment and priced in your Stage Roadmap. Enterprise agent builds are scoped per department.
Is our data safe with you?
Your data stays in systems you own. What we build runs in your own Microsoft 365 and Azure, set up in your name. We work there through delegated, least-privilege access and never copy your company’s data into TNT’s systems. For healthcare companies, nothing with patient data leaves your own systems.
For the free Scorecard we look only at your public footprint and what you tell us. Sending your own security numbers is optional. If you send them, we type the figures onto your request and delete the files from our mailbox within 30 days of sending your Scorecard. We never sign in to your systems for the free Scorecard. How we handle what you send us.
What stays human?
Agents draft and people approve. An agent only acts on its own after a measured record of approved work, and one switch stops every agent at once.
Some things never go to an agent: discovery calls and the Assessment conversation, partner relationships, contracts and any price outside the published menu, accepting delivered work, payments, and anything that names a client publicly.
Who does the work?
Thiago Damasceno, TNT’s founder, leads every engagement and is accountable for it. As TNT’s own agents come online, they draft the routine work and a person approves it, the same way they will in your company.
We're on Google Workspace, or something else. Can you still help?
Yes. TNT delivers on Microsoft’s AI stack, because identity, email, files, security and agents can be owned in one place there, and moving you onto it is part of the work.
From Google Workspace, our migration tooling covers Drive files to SharePoint with their links fixed and sensitivity labels applied, Chat spaces to Teams, and Gemini chat to Copilot Chat, and your written plan says exactly what comes across. It’s built and tested on test tenants and hasn’t run for a client yet. From anything else, the Assessment scopes the move and your Stage Roadmap prices it. The free Scorecard works whatever you run on.
How long does it take?
A person replies to a Scorecard request within one business day, and the Scorecard arrives within 48 hours of that reply. The Assessment takes about three weeks. A Foundation program typically runs 8 to 12 weeks, and a move to Microsoft 365, if you need one, adds to that. Operate is a monthly retainer.
What's the difference between the free Scorecard and the paid Assessment?
The Scorecard is a two-page outside-in view: your stage, security baseline, unused value, top three opportunities and a first step, from your answers and your public footprint. No call required.
The Assessment is about three weeks of interviews with your leadership and a read-only review of your systems. It produces the Assessment Report and Stage Roadmap, with a fixed price for Foundation.
Do you replace our IT person or our MSP?
Not necessarily. You can keep your MSP for devices and the helpdesk while TNT owns the security baseline, data, compliance evidence and agents, and works alongside them. Under the Operate retainer TNT can run the whole technology function. Who owns what is agreed in the Assessment.
Do you work outside Florida?
Yes. TNT is headquartered in Parkland, FL and works remotely across the US. Everything we build runs in systems you own, so location isn’t a limit.
What are the four stages?
Pre-AI, Assisted, Operated and Native. Every Scorecard and Assessment places your company on that ladder by how it works, not by whose software it uses. See what each stage means.
Does the meeting assistant record our calls? Where do transcripts live?
It works from the transcript Teams makes when transcription is on. Teams keeps that transcript in your own Microsoft 365, where the assistant is set up. What the assistant keeps, for how long, and which AI model it uses are agreed with you in writing before it runs on your meetings.
Can the meeting assistant run on meetings that discuss patients?
Not until we’ve agreed in writing how it handles them, including whether a business associate agreement is needed. Teams keeps the transcripts in your own Microsoft 365; how the assistant handles them is part of that written agreement.
Is a person on our discovery call?
Always. Thiago takes every discovery call. If he’d like the meeting assistant to take notes, he asks everyone before transcription goes on, and if anyone says no, it stays off. How we use AI.
