Free AI-Era Readiness Scorecard
Know your stage, your gaps and your first step.
Seven short answers and no access to your systems. Two pages back: where your company stands on the four stages, and what to fix first. Free. No call required.
What you give
Seven short answers. No access to your systems.
We read your answers and your public footprint: your website and your email domain's public records (MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC). Nothing else, unless you choose to send more.
| We ask for | Why |
|---|---|
| Name and work email | So a person can reply to you, and your Scorecard reaches the right inbox. |
| Company and website | Your website and your email domain are the public footprint we read. |
| Employees | So the opportunities and the license counts fit a company your size. |
| Where your email and files live | It tells us which security and AI features you may already pay for, and what to look for in your public footprint. |
| AI you've bought | That's where unused value usually hides. |
| Optional | What prompted this, your industry and anything else. It points your top three opportunities at the reason you asked. |
What you get
Two pages, five sections, one first step.
Every Scorecard has the same five sections, in this order, as a PDF you can forward to whoever needs to see it.
- Your stage. Which of the four stages you're in today, and the evidence that places you there. Pre-AI Assisted Operated Native
- Your security baseline. MFA, endpoint protection, backups and your email domain's protections, each marked present, partial, missing or not measured.
- The value you're not using yet. AI and security features you pay for and may not be using, such as AI seats nobody opens.
- Your top three opportunities. Each with the evidence behind it, the effect to expect and the effort in days.
- A first step. The one thing to do first, and why.
Any platform
Your stage, whatever you run on.
The Scorecard scores where you are, not where we'd like you to be. You get the same five sections and a stage on the same ladder on any platform. Anything that only exists on Microsoft 365, such as Secure Score, is marked not measured, never missing. It doesn't pitch a migration: if moving to Microsoft 365 is the right next step, the person who replies tells you what it would add and what it involves.
By when
Three promises, from the moment you send it.
- A confirmation email within minutes.
- A person replies within one business day.
- Your Scorecard within 48 hours of that reply.
Who prepares it
A person prepares every Scorecard today.
Thiago Damasceno, TNT's founder, reads your answers, your public footprint and any figures you send us, and writes each Scorecard.
-
Today
Written and checked by a person, in the same five sections every time.
-
The scorecard agent
In build
Drafts the free AI-Era Readiness Scorecard from a company's answers, its public footprint and any figures it sends us. Once it's live, a person reviews each draft before it's sent.

Optional
Want more of it measured from your own numbers?
After you send the form, you can reply with a few numbers from your own admin console: your Secure Score and three numbers on Microsoft 365, or three numbers on Google Workspace. No access to your systems, no passwords.
How the optional step worksQuestions
What people ask about the Scorecard.
What happens to what I send?
Your answers are for preparing your Scorecard and replying to you, and for the newsletter only if you tick the box. If you also send your own security numbers, we type the figures from them onto your request. The files you send are deleted within 30 days of sending your Scorecard; the figures and your Scorecard are kept with your request for as long as our privacy notice says.
Please don't include patient records, client files, account numbers or passwords.
Who does the work?
Thiago Damasceno, TNT’s founder, leads every engagement and is accountable for it. As TNT’s own agents come online, they draft the routine work and a person approves it, the same way they will in your company.
We're on Google Workspace, or something else. Can you still help?
Yes. TNT delivers on Microsoft’s AI stack, because identity, email, files, security and agents can be owned in one place there, and moving you onto it is part of the work.
From Google Workspace, our migration tooling covers Drive files to SharePoint with their links fixed and sensitivity labels applied, Chat spaces to Teams, and Gemini chat to Copilot Chat, and your written plan says exactly what comes across. It’s built and tested on test tenants and hasn’t run for a client yet. From anything else, the Assessment scopes the move and your Stage Roadmap prices it. The free Scorecard works whatever you run on.
Do you replace our IT person or our MSP?
Not necessarily. You can keep your MSP for devices and the helpdesk while TNT owns the security baseline, data, compliance evidence and agents, and works alongside them. Under the Operate retainer TNT can run the whole technology function. Who owns what is agreed in the Assessment.
