What we collect, where it goes and how long we keep it.
This notice covers this website, its forms, the emails you send us and the calls you book through it. If anything here is unclear, ask us.
The short version
- We collect what you type into our forms, what you email to info@tnttech.io and the details of calls you book.
- It goes to TNT's own Microsoft 365 tenant. We use it to reply to you and, if you asked for one, to prepare your Scorecard.
- We don't sell it, and we don't use it for advertising.
- On the live site, Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used, with form fields masked. It doesn't load if your browser sends Global Privacy Control.
- As our AI agents come online, they draft from it. A person reviews anything before it's sent to you.
- Email info@tnttech.io to see, correct or delete what we hold. A person replies within one business day.
Who we are
TNT Technologies, 7957 N University Dr #1016, Parkland, FL 33067, is responsible for the personal data described here. We call ourselves TNT or we. TNT is headquartered in Parkland, FL. Write to us about privacy at info@tnttech.io.
This notice covers tnttech.io and the enquiries that come through it. When a company hires TNT, its signed agreement covers the data we handle in that work.
What we collect
Only what you give us, plus a few details about your visit that every form sends. Please don't include patient records, client files, account numbers or passwords in anything you send.
When you ask for a free Scorecard
Your name, work email, company, company website, company size (a range you pick), where your email and files live (such as Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace) and which AI tools you've bought. If you choose, also what prompted the request, your industry, a message, and whether you want the newsletter.
When you use the contact form
Your name, work email, what your message is about and the message itself, plus your company if you give it.
When you sign up for the newsletter
Your email address, and your first name where a form asks for it and you give it.
Sent with every form
Along with your answers, each form sends:
- a random ID for the submission, and how long the page was open before you sent it, which helps us spot automated spam;
- the page you sent it from, the page where your visit started and the site that linked you to us;
- any campaign tags (such as utm_source) or partner referral code in the link you followed;
- the version of this notice in force when you sent it.
Each form also has a hidden field that people never see. If it comes back filled in, a bot sent the form.
When you email us
Mail to info@tnttech.io reaches TNT's mailbox, and its text is added to your lead record. Attachments stay in the mailbox. If we haven't heard from you before, you get an acknowledgement email.
When you book a call
Our "Book a call" links open Microsoft Bookings, which runs in TNT's Microsoft 365 tenant. You give it the details its page asks for, such as your name, email and answers to a few questions. Bookings puts the call in our calendar and sends you a confirmation, and we copy your details and answers to your lead record.
If you send your own numbers
To make your Scorecard more precise, you can email us your Microsoft Secure Score or a few figures from your Google Admin console, and a few counts, such as licensed users and AI seats. It's optional, and we use it for your Scorecard and, if you book a call, to prepare for it. A person types the figures from what you send onto your Scorecard request, and we work from those figures. The files themselves stay in our mailbox until we delete them, as set out under How long we keep it.
How Scorecards help us check our own tools
We keep anonymized copies of the Scorecards we write as examples for testing TNT's scorecard agent. Before we keep one, we remove your name, email, company name, website and anything else that could identify you or your company. Nothing from the numbers, exports or screenshots you send is kept as an example.
When you visit the site
Our host, Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps, receives what any web server sees, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver pages and keep the site secure. Our pages, fonts and scripts load from tnttech.io itself. The only outside service that loads as you browse is Microsoft Clarity, described under Analytics.
Where it goes
Our forms send your answers straight from your browser to an intake process TNT runs in its own Microsoft 365 tenant, on Microsoft Power Automate. It saves them as one lead record in Microsoft Dataverse, the database TNT runs its business on. Then:
- for a Scorecard request or a contact message, it sends you an acknowledgement email and posts a notice in TNT's internal Microsoft Teams channel so someone picks it up. A person replies within one business day.
- for a newsletter signup, it adds you to the newsletter list. No acknowledgement email is sent.
- for a submission our bot check flags as automated, it saves it marked as automated and sends nothing.
Microsoft hosts these services for TNT under its business data-protection terms. Apart from the services listed under Who else handles your data, only TNT sees your details: today that means Thiago Damasceno, TNT's founder. As our agents come online, they work from your details too, as described under How we use AI.
If our intake is down
Until November 2026, if TNT's intake doesn't answer, the form sends the same details to Formspree, a form service, which emails them to us so your request isn't lost. This happens only when our own intake is down. When this backup is retired, we close the Formspree form and delete the copies it holds. Until then, Formspree's privacy policy covers the copy it handles.
Analytics
On the live site we use Microsoft Clarity to see how people use our pages: where they click and scroll, how the pointer moves and which pages they view. Clarity turns this into heatmaps and session replays. We use them to find what's confusing or broken, and to see how many people reach and send our forms. We don't use Clarity for advertising.
Clarity masks what you type into form fields and what you pick in drop-down menus, so those never reach Microsoft. It also records a few named events: a form sent or failing, and a click to book a call, to email us or to get a Scorecard.
Clarity doesn't load at all if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. Microsoft collects and uses Clarity data as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Cookies and browser storage
Our own pages set no cookies. Clarity sets its own: first-party cookies that link the pages of one visit and recognize a returning browser, and Microsoft cookies such as MUID that Microsoft also uses across its services, including for advertising. Microsoft lists them on its Clarity cookies page.
To avoid them, turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser, so Clarity never loads, or block cookies for tnttech.io.
Our forms keep the visit details listed above in your browser's session storage, for that tab only, and your browser forgets them when you close the tab. Our code stores nothing else in your browser.
The newsletter
If you sign up, on the newsletter form or with the box on the Scorecard form, we note it on your lead record and send you the newsletter. Signing up is one step: there's no confirmation email first.
We send it through an email service that holds your address to send each issue and handle unsubscribes. We'll name the service here once it's chosen.
Every issue has a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops the newsletter and records the date on your record. It doesn't affect a Scorecard or a reply you asked for.
How we use AI
TNT runs itself on AI agents, the way it helps other companies do. Agents draft, and a person approves before anything is sent or published. No decision about you is made by an agent alone: a person decides how we reply, what your Scorecard says and anything we propose. Acknowledgement emails are fixed templates, not written by AI.
An agent only works without a person checking each item once it has a measured record of approved work. Before any agent that touches your details starts sending without that check, we'll say so here.
These are the agents that touch your details or what we send you, with their status today:
-
Scorecard agent In build
Drafts your free AI-Era Readiness Scorecard. It works from your form answers, any figures you choose to send us (a person types them in from your export) and your company's public footprint, such as its website and public email-security records. It never opens the files you send or signs in to your systems. A person reviews every Scorecard before it's sent to you. Until it's live, a person prepares each Scorecard.
-
Call-prep agent Planned
Writes us a one-page brief before a call you book. It works from your booking, your lead record and your company's public footprint. The brief is for us. Nothing it writes is sent to you.
-
Content agent Planned
Drafts the newsletter and LinkedIn posts. It works from TNT's own notes and published sources, not subscriber or lead data. A person approves every draft before it's published.
-
Meeting assistant Live
Prepares Thiago for his Teams meetings and drafts the notes, action items and follow-up after them. It works from what TNT already holds about the meeting and the people in it, such as the invitation and your lead record, and the meeting's Teams transcript when transcription is on. On a call you book with us, we ask everyone before transcription goes on; if anyone says no, it stays off and the assistant has no transcript of the call. Its notes and drafts are for us, and a person checks and sends any follow-up.
Our agents run in TNT's own Azure subscription, and the record they read and write, with a log of every agent run, stays in TNT's own Microsoft 365 tenant. To draft, an agent sends the text it needs to an AI model: Azure OpenAI through Microsoft Foundry by default, or Anthropic's Claude where we've set an agent to use it. Under both providers' business terms, what we send isn't used to train their models.
The website assistant
Planned We plan to add an assistant to this site that answers questions about the four stages, our offers and published prices, and books calls. When it arrives, it will tell you it's an AI before you start and load only when you choose to open it. Its conversations will be recorded and stored by TNT, and a person reads every one. We'll update this notice before it goes live.
Our clients' data
When TNT works for a client, the agents and data for that work run in systems the client owns, its own Microsoft 365 and Azure, and the client's data stays there.
Who else handles your data
We don't sell your personal data, and we don't use it for advertising. We share it only with the services TNT runs on, each for the job described in this notice:
- Microsoft: Microsoft 365, Dataverse, Power Automate, Teams and Bookings for our records, email and calls; Azure for hosting this site and running our agents; Azure OpenAI for agent drafts; and Clarity for analytics.
- Anthropic, when an agent is set to use its Claude models.
- Our newsletter email service, for subscribers.
- Formspree, only if our intake is down, until November 2026.
We would also disclose data where the law requires it, to protect TNT's rights or someone's safety, or to a buyer if TNT's business is ever sold, who would have to keep to this notice.
How long we keep it
We keep your data only as long as we need it for the reason you gave it to us. If you ask, we delete it sooner.
| What | How long |
|---|---|
| Scorecard requests, contact messages, emails you send us and call bookings | Up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted. If you become a client, your agreement sets what we keep. |
| Newsletter subscription | While you're subscribed. After you unsubscribe we keep only your email address and the date, so we never email you again. |
| Your exports, screenshots or other files you send for your Scorecard | Deleted from our mailbox within 30 days of sending your Scorecard. |
| The figures we type from what you send, such as your security score and MFA coverage, and your Scorecard | Kept with your Scorecard request, up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted. |
| Submissions our bot check marks as automated | Deleted within 90 days. |
| Microsoft Clarity recordings | Microsoft keeps them for 30 days, and a random sample, plus any we mark to keep, for up to 9 months. |
| Records the law requires, such as invoices | As long as the law requires. |
| Transcripts and notes of a call you agreed to have transcribed | Up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted, like the rest of your lead record. Ask and we delete them sooner. |
Seeing, correcting or deleting your data
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- tell you what we hold about you and send you a copy;
- correct it;
- delete it;
- stop using it for something, such as the newsletter.
Email info@tnttech.io from the address we have for you, or tell us how else we can confirm it's you. A person replies within one business day. We'll tell you when it's done, and it costs nothing. If the law makes us keep something, we'll tell you what and why.
To stop Clarity, turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser. To stop the newsletter, use the unsubscribe link in any issue.
Security
Your data sits in TNT's Microsoft 365 tenant and Azure subscription, which only TNT's own accounts can sign in to. Each agent gets its own identity with only the permissions it needs. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data, we'll tell you.
Children
tnttech.io is for businesses. It isn't meant for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you think a child has sent us something, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this notice
When we change this notice, we update the date and version at the top. Every form records the version in force when you sent it, so we always know which one applied. If a change affects data we already hold, we'll tell the people it affects by email.
