About these terms
tnttech.io is run by TNT Technologies, 7957 N University Dr #1016, Parkland, FL 33067 (TNT or we). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
How we handle what you send us is in our privacy notice.
The site is information
The site describes TNT, how we work and what we offer. It's general information, written to help you decide whether to talk to us. We work to keep it accurate and current, but it may not cover your situation, and some of it may change.
Prices and offers
The prices on the site are ranges to help you plan: the AI-Era Readiness Assessment is $7,500–$15,000, and the Operate retainer is $6,000–$20,000 a month. Our other offers are scoped for each company.
A price on the site isn't an offer you can accept. Work starts only when we both sign a proposal or statement of work, and its price, scope and terms are what apply. If the site and a signed agreement disagree, the signed agreement wins. Changing a price on the site never changes an agreement you've signed.
The free AI-Era Readiness Scorecard costs nothing and commits neither of us to anything. It's an outside-in view built from your answers and public information, not an audit of your systems.
Not professional advice
Nothing on this site, in a Scorecard, in our newsletter or in our Insights posts is legal, compliance, insurance, tax or financial advice. Stage scores, security observations and posts are general information. They don't certify that you comply with any law or standard, and they don't mean an insurer will accept your answers. For those decisions, talk to your own lawyer, insurance broker or accountant.
Figures we quote from other sources link to the source and its date. We check them before we use them, but we can't guarantee another publisher's numbers.
Using the site
Use the site lawfully. Don't try to break, overload or get around the security of the site or its forms, and don't send automated or false requests through them. If you find a security problem, please tell us at info@tnttech.io.
Send us only what you have the right to share. Please don't include patient records, client files, account numbers or passwords.
Our content and names
The site's text, design and logo, and the four-stage method as we present it, belong to TNT. You're welcome to read and print pages, share links to them, and quote short passages with credit and a link. Please don't copy the site or present our material as your own, and don't use the TNT name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you or work with you.
The site's fonts, Sora and Figtree, are used under the SIL Open Font License.
Microsoft, Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure, Dataverse, Power Platform, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft Purview and Microsoft Defender are trademarks of the Microsoft group of companies. Google Workspace, Google Drive, Google Chat and Gemini are trademarks of Google LLC. Other product and company names belong to their owners. Naming them here doesn't mean Microsoft, Google or anyone else endorses TNT.
Links to other sites
We link to other sites, such as Microsoft Bookings for calls and the sources behind our figures. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your data. Their own terms and privacy notices apply.
Changes to the site
We may change, pause or remove any part of the site at any time, including offers and prices.
Our liability
We provide the site as it is and as available, without promises about it beyond those in these terms, to the extent the law allows.
To the extent the law allows, TNT isn't liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the site or relying on its content, including indirect or consequential loss, lost profits and lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit. A signed agreement with TNT sets its own liability terms for the work it covers.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the site or these terms goes to the state or federal courts for Broward County, Florida.
Changes to these terms
When we change these terms, we update the date at the top. The version on this page when you use the site is the one that applies.
