Find out what's holding your AI back, and what fixing it costs.

In about three weeks, the Assessment finds why AI isn't doing real work in your company, scores you on the four stages and puts a fixed price on the fix, including any move to Microsoft 365.

One fee, about three weeks, credited if you go on.

The Assessment is the first paid step. It scores your company against all four stages: Pre-AI, Assisted, Operated, Native.

  • Fee

    $7,500–$15,000

One fee, agreed before we start. Where it falls in the range depends on how many people, systems and locations are in scope.

  • Time

    About 3 weeks

From the first interview to the report walkthrough.

  • Credit

    Credited against a program

If a Foundation program or an Operate retainer starts within 90 days of your Stage Roadmap, the Assessment fee is credited against it.

Five areas, because AI stalls on whatever nobody owns.

A stalled pilot is rarely a model problem. It's the data it can't reach, the security nobody signed off, or the workflow nobody redesigned. So the Assessment looks at all five areas.

  • Data

Where customer, work and money data live, how clean they are, and whether people and agents can reach them from one place.

  • Security

MFA coverage, endpoint protection, backups and whether a restore has ever been tested: the controls your cyber insurer asks about.

  • Compliance

Your policies, sensitivity labels and audit records, and whether they show what was done and when.

  • Your platform

How your email, files and accounts are set up and licensed, including AI seats you pay for and nobody opens. Not on Microsoft 365? What a move would take.

  • Workflows

The work where agents would save the most time, and what each workflow needs before an agent can run it.

The Assessment Report and Stage Roadmap.

Written for your leadership, walked through with them, and yours to keep whether or not you go on with TNT.

  1. Your stage, with the evidence behind it in each of the five areas.
  2. The gaps that matter most, starting with your security and insurance baseline.
  3. The workflows worth handing to agents first, and what each one needs.
  4. Who owns what: what stays with your own people or your MSP, and what TNT would take on.
  5. A Stage Roadmap: what to do, in what order, to reach the next stage.
  6. A fixed price for Foundation, so you know the cost before you commit.

Your report places you on this ladder.

The same four stages every Scorecard and Assessment uses.

  1. Stage 1Pre-AI

Manual, disconnected systems, AI used by individuals in free tools, no policy, no data foundation.

  2. Stage 2Assisted

Copilot and AI tools licensed and governed, security and insurance baseline in place, data cleaned and reachable.

    TNT's next stage: Assisted

  3. Stage 3Operated

Agents run defined workflows with people approving exceptions, on one record, with a control plane.

  4. Stage 4Native

The company is designed around agents and people, new work starts as an agent, and the technology function runs as a managed service.

Three parts, in this order.

The calendar depends on when your people are free. The parts don't change.

  • 1. Interviews with your leadership

Conversations with the people who run the business, the money and the systems: what you bought, what stalled and what has to work. Always with a person, never an agent.

  • 2. A read-only review of your systems

On Microsoft 365, you grant read-only access and we review Secure Score, MFA coverage, Defender and backup status, AI seats bought and in use, and where your data lives. On Google Workspace or anything else, we go through the same areas with your admin (MFA, endpoint protection, backups, AI seats and where your data lives), and scope the move. Nothing is changed, and any access ends when we're done.

  • 3. The report walkthrough

We take your leadership through the Assessment Report and Stage Roadmap, answer every question, and agree what happens next, if anything.

What we need from you: time with your leadership for the interviews and the walkthrough, and someone who can grant read-only access or walk us through your admin console.
