Sample Scorecard
What a Scorecard looks like.
Every Scorecard has the same five sections, in the same order. TNT's own Scorecard uses the same format, and goes up here once it's finished and approved.
The format
Two pages, five sections, in this order.
Here is what each section holds. Your Scorecard follows the same format.
-
1. Your stage
Which of the four stages your company is in today, with one sentence on why that cites two pieces of evidence from your answers or your public footprint.
-
2. Your security baseline
MFA coverage, endpoint protection, backups and a security score where your platform has one, such as Microsoft Secure Score, each marked present, partial or missing, with the number where there is one. From the outside we check your email domain's public records (SPF, DKIM and DMARC). Anything we can't see, or that your platform doesn't have, is marked not measured, never guessed and never counted as missing.
-
3. The value you're not using yet
AI and security features you pay for and may not be using, such as AI seats nobody opens or security features in your plan left switched off, with counts when you send them.
-
4. Your top three opportunities
Three opportunities, each with a title, the evidence it rests on, the effect to expect in one line, and the effort in days.
-
5. A first step
The one thing to do first, and why it comes before the rest.
-
What "not measured" means
If we can't see something from the outside and you haven't sent your own numbers, the Scorecard says not measured. It never fills the gap with a guess.

TNT today
TNT scores itself on the same four stages.
TNT's own Scorecard isn't finished yet, so the marker on this site shows Assisted as TNT's next stage, not as a score. When the Scorecard goes up here, it shows the evidence, and the marker changes to the scored stage.
-
Stage 1Pre-AI
Manual, disconnected systems, AI used by individuals in free tools, no policy, no data foundation.
-
Stage 2Assisted
Copilot and AI tools licensed and governed, security and insurance baseline in place, data cleaned and reachable.
TNT's next stage: Assisted
-
Stage 3Operated
Agents run defined workflows with people approving exceptions, on one record, with a control plane.
-
Stage 4Native
The company is designed around agents and people, new work starts as an agent, and the technology function runs as a managed service.
TNT's own Scorecard
Why we publish our own.
TNT runs on the Microsoft stack it builds on. Scoring ourselves with the same Scorecard lets you check the method before you trust it with your company. When our results go up, they're shown at category level only: present, partial, missing or not measured, never the specific settings behind them.
